Redcon International is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement operations across large-scale construction and contracting projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior-level role is vital to ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely material availability, and strong supplier partnerships aligned with project and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
Manage end-to-end sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract finalization
Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Control procurement budgets and oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
Work closely with project, planning, and engineering teams to meet delivery milestones
Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies
Leverage ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) for procurement planning, tracking, and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in construction / contracting projects
ERP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Legal Status: Valid transferable Iqama (Mandatory)

Technical Skills:
Construction materials procurement
Contract negotiation and supplier management
Budget control and cost optimization

Soft Skills:
Leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – 25,000 per month
(Based on Procurement Manager role, construction sector, Riyadh, 10+ years experience)
