Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support secure, high-performance integrated systems
Build and maintain APIs and integrations with core banking and third-party platforms
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure system security, performance, and regulatory compliance
Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in application or system development
Technical Skills:
Programming: Java / .NET / Python
API development, system integration, and SQL databases
Development Methodologies:
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Cloud & DevOps Exposure:
AWS, Azure, or GCP
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Domain Knowledge:
Banking or regulated industry experience (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration
