Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, native Arabic speaking family therapist for their client in Dubai which is a multispecialty hospital. We are looking for Family Therapists who hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a minimum of 10 to 12 years experience as a Family Therapist. You would interview clients, review history, and diagnose emotional or behavioral disorders using a systemic, family-focused approach. Develop, implement, and modify individual, couple, or family treatment plans. Facilitate sessions (group or individual) to address dysfunctional dynamics, improve communication, and help clients resolve conflicts. Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare reports for, or testify in, court cases regarding custody or visitation. Coordinate care with doctors, social workers, or school staff, and refer clients to other services as needed.
Salary : Aed 50,000 plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
