Job Title: IT Support Expert
Location: Qatar (Onsite)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and backup operations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
Hands-on experience in networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VPN)
Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Qatar and handle multiple tasks
