Reservation Agent
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: High School / Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field is a plus
Experience: 1–3 years in hotel, travel, or reservation services
Familiarity with booking systems (PMS, GDS) and reservation procedures
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize guest bookings and reservations across all channels
Ensure accurate and timely recording of guest information
Provide seamless guest experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements
Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Assist in reporting, analysis, and improving reservation processes
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of booking/reservation software and basic office applications
Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude
