Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple stores to maximize revenue and control costs
Resolve operational issues and take supervisory-level decisions
Improve, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure full compliance with Food & Beverage hygiene and safety standards
Manage monthly inventory verification, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
Coordinate with maintenance, IT, and external service providers
Monitor equipment maintenance and raise repair tickets
Support new store openings and new concept reviews
Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
Improve existing sales channels (walk-in, delivery aggregators, social media)
Identify and implement new sales channels, products, and customer segments
Launch approved in-store and digital promotions
Coordinate with marketing agencies, freelancers, and photographers
Train store teams on sales techniques and product knowledge
Drive customer satisfaction scores (Google Maps, Zomato, Talabat)
Achieve sales growth and net profit targets for existing stores
Conduct market feasibility studies and prepare business proposals
