Job Title:
IT Specialist (Fusion Techno-Functional)
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: 3–6 years in IT roles with a focus on ERP systems, Fusion applications, or techno-functional solutions
Strong understanding of Fusion modules, workflows, and integration points
Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and user support
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain Fusion ERP solutions according to business requirements
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth system operation
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Assist in data migration, reporting, and process automation within Fusion modules
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and system efficiency
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Fusion ERP modules and technical capabilities
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with integrations, reporting tools, and system administration
