Job Title:
SEN Coordinator (Special Educational Needs)
Qualifications & Experience:
Attested Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
Diploma in Education or an active Certified Teaching License
Degree Equivalency Certificate
Minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience in American and/or British Curriculum schools
IELTS score of 7 (mandatory)
UAE teaching experience with ADEK / KHDA / SPEA approval is preferred
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks and inclusive education practices
Ability to manage SEN documentation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive learning environments
Familiarity with ADEK / British or American curriculum standards
