Job Title:
Project Manager – Civil Construction
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Engineering Graduates/PG)
Post Graduate qualification is an added advantage
8–15 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction Projects
Proven experience in handling large-scale residential / commercial / infrastructure projects
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and close construction projects as per schedule and budget
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource planning
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
Manage procurement, subcontractors, and material planning
Ensure statutory approvals and documentation are in place
Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
