Job Title: Sales Manager – UAE (Real Estate)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in real estate sales within UAE
Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and sales processes
Requirements:
Drive sales of real estate units and achieve monthly/annual targets
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Promote exclusive units and support marketing initiatives
Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client updates
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations
Proven track record in real estate sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
