Job Title: Facilities Planner
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities planning, space management, or building operations
Familiarity with CAD, space planning software, and facilities management tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities planning, space management, or related roles
Develop and maintain facility plans, layouts, and space utilization strategies
Coordinate with departments to understand space requirements and optimize usage
Plan and oversee relocation, renovation, and expansion projects
Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards
Prepare reports and documentation on facilities planning and utilization
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization
