Job Title: Engineering Supervisor – The Western Hotels
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large facilities
Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
Requirements:
Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities in the hotel
Ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and civil systems
Coordinate with hotel management, contractors, and service teams
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and repair works
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incidents
Proven experience in engineering supervision in hotels or large facilities
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
