Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operations of multiple franchise food locations
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety, and company policies
Monitor sales performance, cost control, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with franchise partners, suppliers, and internal departments
Resolve operational issues and handle customer escalations
Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management
Requirements:
Arab nationality only
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in franchise food
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Ability to manage and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Location: Al Rai Kuwait
