• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role in the UAE.
• Current employment with an Employer of Record (EOR) service company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment processes.
• Excellent communication skills
