Reception & Admin Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations in a professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries
• Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and internal office communications
• Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and filing
• Assist with client correspondence and internal coordination across departments
• Support daily office operations and routine administrative tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with a confident front-desk presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced work environment
