HR Operations Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and labor (WPS knowledge required).
• Supervise and coordinate camp operations, including labor accommodation, food and transport.
• Maintain accurate HR records, files and employee databases.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
• Support day-to-day HR office functions and admin tasks.
• Validate salary inputs, overtime, deductions and allowances based on timesheets and site attendance of In house and Blue collar candidates
• Manage leave, final settlements and end-of-service calculations.
• Support contract renewals, probation reviews, evaluations and confirmations.
• Assist in disciplinary actions, warning issuance and investigation procedures.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues and site-level concerns.
• Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism and workforce availability.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and camp management.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, WPS systems, and HRMS tools.
