We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Gym Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional fitness experience for members while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and facility management.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure smooth facility management
• Manage trainers, instructors, and front-desk staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
• Develop and implement fitness programs and operational procedures
• Monitor equipment maintenance, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle memberships, scheduling, and performance reporting
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Gym Manager or in a similar fitness leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of gym operations, fitness programs, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage targets, budgets, and operational KPIs
