Senior Sales Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate
7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
Experience in UAE/GCC markets is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for integrated strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Previous experience in Sales within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
