Production / Kitchen Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or relevant technical trade
2–5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance or food production facilities
Experience in hotels, bakeries, central kitchens, or industrial kitchens preferred
Responsibilities:
Install, operate, and maintain kitchen and food production equipment
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
Coordinate with production and kitchen teams to minimize downtime
Maintain maintenance logs and service records
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
