Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in construction, engineering, or project management environments
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
Maintain records of project progress, approvals, and deadlines
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors for smooth workflow
Monitor and track project schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups
Ensure office procedures are followed and assist in smooth project operations
