Job Title:
Project Engineer – HVAC
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
8–10 years of experience in HVAC project engineering and execution
Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred, especially in the UAE
Knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning standards
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of HVAC systems for projects
Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and material submittals
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
Monitor installation quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and technical reports for management
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the project team
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
Proficiency in HVAC design software, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
