Job Title:
Project Manager – MEP
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE / B.Tech)
Minimum 15 years of experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
Experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE is highly preferred
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
Requirements:
Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management and design software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
