Responsibilities:
- Preparation, review, and checking of BOQs
- Engineering measurements and quantity take-offs for executed works
- Cost estimation and preparation of interim & final accounts
- Preparation and evaluation of variation orders
- Maintain and control cost and quantity records
- Provide financial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate unit rates and contractors’ claims (FIDIC-based)
- Analyze cost impact of design changes and value engineering proposals
- Prepare monthly financial reports and verify payments
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices and proposal writing
- Support proposal and tender writing, including cost inputs, technical clarifications, and commercial documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering.
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
- Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Tagalog speaking candidates preferred.
