Sales Team Lead – Secondary & Off-Plan
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team specializing in secondary and off-plan properties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets
Oversee property listings, client negotiations, and deal closures
Train, coach, and monitor team performance and productivity
Maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key clients
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and brand visibility
