Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms or residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or management
Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
Maintain maintenance logs and report recurring issues to the engineering supervisor
Assist in preventive maintenance schedules and minor renovations
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in all maintenance activities
