Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in industrial construction, power plant, or heavy civil works
Building construction experience will NOT be considered
Minimum 5+ years of relevant site engineering experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute site activities related to industrial, power plant, or heavy civil projects
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Monitor compliance with industrial safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and project requirements
Coordinate with project managers, QA/QC engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and reporting
Ensure proper material usage and adherence to construction procedures
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of industrial safety, QA/QC systems, and construction procedures
WPR (Work Permit Receiver) certification preferred for site-based positions
Ability to work in challenging industrial environments
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
