Job responsibilities:
• Design, customize, and deliver training programs on a variety of behavioral topics, such as communication skills, leadership development, emotional intelligence, resilience, and diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to handle training sessions for both the front-line staff and Managers on soft skills.
• Utilize a range of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, coaching sessions, and experiential learning activities, to engage and empower employees
• Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.
• Conduct training evaluations, and performance analyses to measure the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with BU Heads to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends in pharma retail and recommend enhancements to training content accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.
• At least 5–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably in retail, FMCG background.
• Experience in delivering training on customer experience, sales etiquette, conflict resolution, and team collaboration with experience in Retail industry.
• Proficient in developing interactive training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and role plays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.
