Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Assist with reservations, billing, and payment processing
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate guest records and reports
