We are currently looking for a Creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the next stage of the brand’s growth.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for a designer who enjoys being deeply involved in the full design and production process — from concept to final garment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop luxury womenswear collections aligned with LEENODA’s brand identity and vision
Translate creative ideas into commercially executable designs
Research, select, and develop fabrics, materials, and trims suitable for luxury production
Work closely with tailoring and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
Attend fittings and oversee garment adjustments until final approval
Supervise sample development and ensure high standards of fit, quality, and finishing
Contribute to seasonal collection planning and product development strategies
Role Structure
On-site role based at LEENODA’s headquarters in Kuwait
The designer will play a key role within a small, design-led team
High level of involvement across design, sampling, and production stages
Suitable for designers from various backgrounds and experience levels, as long as they demonstrate strong execution capability
Requirements
Proven experience in womenswear fashion design, preferably within luxury or premium segments
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques
Ability to manage the design process from concept to final product
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English is mandatory (sole working language)
