Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site investigations including soil sampling, borehole logging, and in-situ testing.
Perform geotechnical analysis to assess soil behavior, stability, and foundation design requirements.
Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, recommendations, and design parameters for construction projects.
Collaborate with structural engineers, project managers, and construction teams to provide solutions.
Review and interpret laboratory test results and integrate findings into project design.
Supervise and mentor junior geotechnical engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
Assist in risk assessment and value engineering related to geotechnical challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and geotechnical investigation methods.
Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Lpile, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure, highrise building, or MEP projects is preferred.
