Graphic Designer & Animator - Marketing And Communications
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Brand Ownership: Lead and manage the AKI Group's visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across digital, print, and physical assets. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
• Creative Design & Animation: Develop engaging visuals and motion content for social media, digital campaigns, events, and internal communications from static layouts to 2D and 3D animation.
• 3D Modelling & Rendering: Support the creation of 3D assets, logo animations, product visualisations or event mock-ups that align with brand standards.
• Content Production: Edit and animate short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics using best-practice storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, marketing specialists, and event teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs.

• Innovation & Research: Stay current with emerging design tools, animation techniques, and motion trends to continuously elevate AKI's creative standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review, critique, and approve creative work to ensure it meets AKI's brand standards and delivers impact
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in design and motion graphics, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong skills in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) for modelling and rendering.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour, and motion principles.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deliver under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
• Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in WebGL, AR/VR visuals, or interactive motion assets.
• Exposure to brand-identity systems and campaign rollouts.
• Familiarity with corporate or group-level communication projects.
