Job Title: Civil 3D Modeler – Wet Utilities
Qualifications:
Diploma
Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities
Prepare 3D models for wet utilities (water, sewer, drainage) using Civil 3D
Develop detailed design layouts, alignments, and profiles
Coordinate civil designs with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.)
Ensure models comply with project specifications and standards
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
Maintain accurate documentation and model updates
Support project teams during design and execution stages
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil 3D modeling for wet utilities
GCC work experience is mandatory
Candidates currently in UAE are preferred
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Diploma or Engineering degree in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software and design standards
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
