Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Partner with senior management to align HR with business goals.
Requirements:
• 8-12 years of HR experience (4-6 years in a managerial role in UAE).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Master's degree or certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are an advantage.
