A well-reputed Main Contracting Company in Dubai is urgently hiring a Senior Cost Control Engineer to support high-rise building projects. The role focuses on budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure strong financial control and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost plans
Track project costs, variations, and cost forecasts
Analyze cost reports, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams for cost alignment
Manage cash flow projections and implement effective cost control systems
Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment certifications
Ensure cost control compliance with contractual requirements
Prepare and submit monthly cost reports for management review

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
8–10 years of proven experience in cost control
Strong experience on high-rise building projects
Main contracting company experience is mandatory
Proficient in cost control software and MS Excel
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

AED 15,000 – 18,000 (All Inclusive)
Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills
