Job Position – Technical Engineer
Company Name – United Precast Concrete
Sales & Estimation to support Sales team through technical design, feasibility analysis, and customized precast solutions aligned with client requirements.
The role involves providing technical expertise during the pre-sales and estimation stages, supporting value engineering, design coordination, and tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and propose precast concrete solutions based on project requirements
• Prepare value engineering proposals for optimized precast systems
• Support consultants during the design stage of precast structures
• Review enquiries and explain precast scope to QS and Estimation teams
• Assess feasibility and submit technical reports to management
• Provide technical input for cost estimation and quotations
• Verify structural stability prior to tender submission
• Coordinate closely with the Design Department before quoting
• Attend pre-tender and technical meetings and document key discussions
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in precast design
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Effective communication and coordination skills
