Creative Materials Company, a leading company in the sale of paints, decorative materials, and finishing solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager – Distribution & Sales with 5–15 years of GCC market experience, preferably in paints and related products, to expand the distribution network, drive sales growth, and strengthen market presence across Kuwait and the Gulf region.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-15 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or distribution in paints, coatings, or construction materials
- Solid experience in the Kuwaiti / GCC market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding distribution channels
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
- Technical Skills & Software
- CRM & Sales Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
- Market Research & Analysis Tools: Power BI, Excel, Tableau
- Sales & Distribution Management
- Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key clients in the GCC
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth initiatives
