This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Engineer specializing in Trucks, located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Workshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair activities for trucks and heavy equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, planning and executing maintenance schedules, ensuring workshop efficiency, and providing technical training to team members. The engineer will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Heavy Equipment, including maintenance, repair, and operation of trucks and similar vehicles
- Hands-on experience in workshop operations, including tools usage, work safety compliance, and efficient workshop management
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with team members and provide clear technical guidance
- Ability to deliver Training sessions and mentor workshop staff on best practices and technical skills
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive or heavy equipment industry
