Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in ticketing, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in ticketing software and reservation systems is desirable.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
