Job Title: Piping QC Engineer
Qualifications:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
CSWIP / AWS certifications
ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)
Responsibilities:
Perform inspection and quality control of piping works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Monitor welding activities, review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
Conduct NDT coordination and verify results according to standards.
Inspect piping materials, fittings, and installations for quality compliance.
Prepare QC documentation, inspection reports, punch lists, and test packs.
Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and QA/QC departments to resolve quality issues.
Ensure all piping works meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in piping QC roles.
Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and welding inspection.
Experience in NDT processes and documentation.
Ability to read and interpret piping isometrics, drawings, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
