Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations at site in compliance with safety standards and project procedures.
Verify lifting plans, load charts, and lifting equipment capacity before operations.
Conduct pre-lift checks, toolbox talks, and ensure all rigging and lifting accessories are fit for use.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifts.
Monitor work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure proper control measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory safety requirements.
Report incidents, near misses, and participate in safety meetings and reviews.
Requirements
Oil & Gas experience is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in industrial / Oil & Gas projects.
Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane safety, rigging, and related standards.
Good communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
