Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
12+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, standards, and codes.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, CostX).
