Requirements:
10–18 years of SAP experience with hands-on exposure to implementations and support.
4–6 years’ experience in a Project or Program Manager role for SAP delivery.
Successfully led 2 or more end-to-end SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
Strong functional understanding across modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM and HR.
Familiarity with SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies and experience using project tooling (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
Excellent stakeholder management, governance, reporting and risk-control capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle SAP projects — from blueprinting and build to testing, cutover and hypercare.
Plan and manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change requests to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate closely with business users, IT teams, vendors and functional consultants to keep workstreams aligned.
Facilitate workshops, design reviews and governance forums to drive decision-making and clarity.
Maintain project documentation, performance KPIs, status reporting and quality control throughout the program.
