Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with project teams
Local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred
