Hardware & Network Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Maintaining desktops, notebooks, and biometric devices to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as VPNs, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
• Monitoring systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Implementing and supporting data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Providing both onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal users.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and hardware inventory.
• Recommending appropriate IT solutions and improvements to meet client needs and business objectives.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or
• qualifications such as BCA, MCA, or Diploma in CS/IT/E&C.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking roles.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and notebook support, network devices, and troubleshooting methods.
• Experience with VPNs, routers, Wi-Fi, and firewall configuration.
• Good understanding of data security practices and backup/disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
