HR Generalist

Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the UAE, preferably with experience managing large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Male candidates preferred.
