Senior Civil Estimator
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
• Strong expertise in preparing estimates, cost proposals, and bid submissions for civil construction projects
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, material costing, and labor analysis
• Proficiency in using estimation tools and software, such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction contracts, project planning, and construction techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage
