Job Description
Interface with customers in all technical related issues.
Analyze customer problems and resolve and close customer complaints, as per assignment from the Engineering Manage.
Make proper Hardware/Software selection for technical solutions.
Report on the status of the customer service provided to the engineering Manager.
Prepare Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the lead engineer on the project.
Undertake the implementation and coding of software solutions.
Undertake the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the team leader.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Technical Skills
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechatronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering

Strong knowledge of BMS & Security Systems Integration
Hands on experience with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus.
Experience in System testing, validation & stakeholder coordination.
