Responsibilities:
Manage façade installation activities on-site and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for design reviews and technical clarifications.
Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and façade engineering documentation.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure proper installation of façade systems (aluminum, glass, cladding, etc.).
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Review material submittals and ensure they meet project requirements.
Ensure safety compliance during façade installation and site operations.
Prepare project reports and communicate updates to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in façade engineering or façade installation projects.
Strong knowledge of aluminum and glass façade systems, cladding, and curtain wall installations.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and structural details.
Experience in design coordination, project management, and site execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and façade analysis tools is an advantage.
