Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and development activities to enhance products and production processes
Operate laboratory equipment for testing, analysis, and experimentation
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues & develop innovative solutions
Work with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering
Prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and record R&D findings
Utilize SAP or ERP systems to support R&D operations (preferred)
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
1–3 years of hands-on experience in R&D or manufacturing
Excellent analytical, technical & problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
SAP experience is an added advantage
