Job Position – Cybersecurity GRC Specialist

Are you a skilled cybersecurity professional passionate about governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC)? Join our team in Riyadh and play a key role in enhancing our organization’s cybersecurity maturity!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with NCA & SAMA regulations
Conduct risk assessments using ISO 31000 and NIST RMF frameworks
Lead compliance assessments, audits, and regulatory reviews
Implement and maintain controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and other standards
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on risks, compliance, and mitigation plans
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure effective cybersecurity governance
Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and risk management strategies

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC roles
Strong knowledge of NCA, SAMA, and international cybersecurity standards
Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
